As a professional MUA, this tool is readily available and indeed, comes in the package with certain lash brands. I still give her major props for getting her brand out there but original idea? I’ve been a huge fan of Annie and her fabulous Skin Owl brand for quite a while. I always love how honest and transparent she is when she speaks. Her brand is everything I’m looking for in the beauty industry and it’s great to find a brand whose values match my own so I can be safe in the knowledge that what I’m using on myself, as well as what I recommend to my clients, is exactly what it says it is. I ordered a 100% pure foundation from her(which I had tried already from a friend) and it was not the same. I asked her if I could return it and she said that she did not allow returns and that it was difficult for her to do so because her business is small. I emailed her saying I was not happy to be out $50 + and she responded with a nasty email saying very insulting things like I was wasteful and was someone who endlessly bought things and returned them.She should not be allowed to steal followers from a reputable business like 100% pure. She got more and more insulting as time went on, even when I told her I was ill. No returns does not work in our current market.
